Chairman job Position in Utkarhsa Aluminium Dhatu Nigam Limited
Name of the Post : Non- Executive Part-time Chairman
Eligibility : I. Executives who have worked as Director/Chairman of the Board of Central/State Public Sector Undertaking/Private Sector Companies having net worth of minimum Rs. 1,000 Crores. II. Executive should have minimum 5 years' experience of handling Board matters as a Director &/or Chairman. III. The executive should be less than 62 years as on the date of advertisement and should have experience in bringing turn around in production, handling export, import, taking project forward, building of business models for the Company, developing vision and mission, corporate plan etc.
Remuneration : Since, it is a Non-executive and Part-time Chairman position, there will be no monthly salary but sitting fee as admissible to other Directors of the Board will be payable. Chairman will be entitled to full time transport facility/reimbursement, a modest residential office with one Technical Secretary and one multipurpose worker in Non-executive scale of the Company. Chairman will be entitled to TA/DA and incidental as per the entitlement of the post held by him/her prior to joining of the Company.
