Title of Project: Design and Development of ROM based low power A1 inference chip
Project positions: CHANAKYA Fellow (Junior Research Fellow)

Location: IIT Roorkee
Qualifications: M.E/M.Tech in Microelectronics or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 on a 10-point scale or 70% marks. OR B.E/B.Tech. in ECE or equivalent with excellent academic records Candidates must be GATE/NET qualified
Relevant Experience: Working experience in related areas would be an added advantage
Job Description (In Brief): Need highly motivated candidate to work with academia/industry and good knowledge in CMOS memory design, RAWROM, Transistor level circuit design of CMOS digital circuits, Basic knowledge in Python/Perl. Need to write reports and help generate publications/patents Ready to help in developing Proof of Concept for further development of product Need to achieve the milestones in time and be a quick learner
Duration: One year extendable till the duration of the project.
Salary as per non-government organization market norms.
