HGS is hiring for the role of CHANNEL SALES ASSOCIATE (Health Insurance Field Sales).

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Role incumbent is responsible for execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results.
Agent Recruitment
Role incumbent is responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets.
Driving his team to meet the targets .
Incumbent is responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring sustenance of the existing business.
Role incumbent is also responsible for explorations & identification of new business by networking.
To identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity for the team

Desired skills:

Candidates should be interested in field sales
English communication should be good.
Fresher’s with good communication considered.
Field Sales profile
Candidate should be street smart
If candidate has worked with Insurance companies will be an added advantage.
Organizing sales visits to sell Health Insurance to Customers
Demonstrating and presenting products
Establishing new business
Negotiating contracts and packages
Conveyance will be provided
Salary: Upto Rs 15000 CTC per month + Incentives
