Job Description:-
- Meeting with Architect, Dealer, Carpenter, New project and Builder.
- Maintain company guidelines and sound positive and pleasing while interacting with Shopkeeper.
- Understand Shopkeeper needs and demonstrate the product accordingly
- Have sound products technical knowledge
- Should have sound convincing and negotiation skills
- Keeping themselves updated on product knowledge and other sales schemes.
- Responsible for achieving the budgeted value & volume sales target of the assigned territory.
- Responsible to control outstanding/ over dues of Distributor.
- To nurture existing Distributor to increase our market share.
- To build brand awareness through various demand generation activities.
- To successfully implement various sales promotions & schemes initiated by SO in the respective territory.
- Assist in planning & execution of micro marketing activities at ground level.
- Ensure that Visual Merchandising is of the required quality and all fixtures are in working condition at Shopkeeper
