Channel Sales Manager

Role
& Responsibilities:
- Incumbent should possess innovation skills and vision to
deal with the hyper flexibility in the technology business.
- Incumbent will be responsible to maintain partner relations
by strategic focus on consultative selling our services (cloud, hosting and
managed services) based on prospective client needs of the partners.
- Incumbent will be responsible to prepare the partner contracts and will handle
the commission details and calculation as per the partnership model.
- He / She
would have to identify the gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the
risk profile in the technical solution or offering, and provide technical
support with the help of technical team.
- Incumbent will be responsible for the funnel management of the leads from
partner and will develop long term sales pipeline to
increase company's market share in specialized area.
- Incumbent will be responsible for the partner training and will maintain the
partner relationships.
- Incumbent should have Business Communication, Leadership and Project Management
Skills and will be responsible to map large accounts, maintain relationship
& focus on growing contractual renewals.
- Incumbent will handle the channel sales cycle for the potential and the
acquired clients from partner.
- Incumbent will be responsible for defining Sales forecasts &strategies and
must be able to handle and
price negotiations with a focus on value-based selling and position the company
in a way that clearly shows our partners what they will receive for their
commitments to us.
- Incumbent will be responsible to achieve the revenue targets as assigned and
projected.
Experience:
- 3 to 7 years experience in cloud / IT sales
- Must have project management skills
Skills:
- Candidates should have relevant work experience of 3-7 Years in Cloud Sales /
IT Infrastructure sales / IT solution selling / Managed Services Sales through
partners or channel mode and possess technical proficiency.
- Candidate should have adequate knowledge of Hosting & Managed Services,
Network Security, Data Center and Remote IT Infrastructure and related terms
& technologies.
- Candidate should have business Communication, Project Management Skills which
will provide an excellence in presentation and convincing skills for Partner
meetings within the prospective markets
- Candidates should have thorough understanding of the commercials and contracts
- Candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be Self-motivated, detailed-oriented / organized and
multitasking.
- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft
Visio or database application will be an added advantage
- Qualifications: Any Graduate / PG -
MBA/PGDM - Marketing with relevant work experience into cloud pre sales,
technical & hosting Solutions
- Compensation: upto 6 lac p.a.
