Job Description
Responsible for driving business, profitability and productivity of Home Loan and Loan Against Property
Activities to be performed:
1. Bank Branch Visit
2. Builder visit
3. Discussion with Credit and sales manager
4. Daily / Weekly review of Team Leaders along with respective team members
5. Tracking of Daily Logins and Disbursement
6. Responsible for cross selling of LI & MF from the vertical.
7. Ensuring product training and mentoring of the Team
8. Ensuring Manpower fulfilment and Retention of resources
