We also advise clients on various aspects of financial management and our expertise lies in the areas of debt syndication, equity syndication, transaction advisory and business management.
We help businesses in getting all the regulatory compliance in place along with maintenance of financial and statutory records.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on the accounting of vouchers in Tally and preparation of bills
2. Handling GST registration, monthly filings, and income tax return preparation and filing
3. Undertaking data entry in accounting software, bank reconciliations, internet research, market research, and MS-Excel based calculations
4. Working closely with the senior team in building and managing the business processes
5. Undertaking study and doing research activities
6. Ensuring that client requirements are executed in a timely fashion
7. Executing Income tax, GST, MCA compliance related tasks
