Job Description
- Accounting / MIS / Budget / Statutory Audit / Tax Audit / Statutory Compliance as GST_ST_TDS / Knowledge of accounting Standard
- Manage financial systems and budgets
- Undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organisation's financial position)
- Provide financial advice
- Liaise with clients (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information and advice
- Review the company's systems and analyse risk
- Perform tests to check financial information and systems
- Advise on tax planning and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers
- Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy)
- Advise on business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (corporate finance)
- Counsel on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency
- Detect and prevent fraud (forensic accounting)
- Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise
- Produce reports and recommendations following internal audits or public sector audits
- Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
- Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
- Advise on tax and treasury issues
- Book Keeping and Accounting
- Expert knowledge in Tally
- Corporate income tax and TDS compliances
- GST compliances
- Liaison with Government offices
A Candidate should have the following credentials:
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
- The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work product
