Job Description
- Finalization of accounts, Balance sheets, Income & Expenses.
- Preparing & maintaining cash flow statement for controlling payments.
- Statutory requirement : GST, Income tax assessment & Finalization.
- Preparing and computation of income tax details.
- Filing & Booking of TDS, filing of annual return.
- Reconciliation of TDS and GST and ensuring timely deposits/ Payments.
- Monthly closure of accounts and circulation of MIS.
- Implementation of Tally function and its related controls.
- Corporate Secretarial Compliance
- Organizing, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
