Job Description
- Looking
for candidate in Accounts & Finance department with India’s biggest Video
gaming company.
- Designation & Department: Manager – Finance & Accounts
- Reporting to: HOD
- Location:
Mumbai, Borivali
- Candidate
Pref: Male /Female
- Qualification: CA/ IPCC
- Experience: Min 1 years- Max. 3years
- To
manage the audit of compliances accounting, financial accounting and ledger
accounting
- To
follow and to ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in
place and in use at all times.
- To
prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the finance head.
- To
make regular reports to the finance head on income, expenditure and any
variations in the budget.
- To
ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, primarily
credit control
- To
supervise the end to end compliance adherence including all relevant guidelines
and time lines.
- To
handle tax issues, and liaison with tax
agents and or other authorities
- To
liaison with external auditors for the annual audit.
- To
play an important role in evaluation and finalisation of suitable ERP solution
for the atomisation of orgo business process.
- To
ensure timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of financial and management
reporting
- To
oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial
statements.
- To
ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all functions.
- To
prepare and analyse monthly profit and loss statement at the set timelines and share the
conclusions to the management
- To
monitor organisations expenditure against budget and conduct variance analysis.
propose and monitor any actions based on such analysis
- To
carry out continuously cost control measures
- Candidate
should have accounting qualification like (CA/ ICWA/MBA/ M.com)
- Good
interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all
levels.
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills
- High
level of analytical ability, problem solving and commercial knowledge.
- Good
Knowledge of IT Software
- Proficient
with MS-office and MS- Excel (specially Excel, Pivot Table, V look, H look)
- Has
a zeal for growth both at organization level and personal level.
