What you might be doing on a typical day :

Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over a chat
Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for product and services
Close sales
Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism
Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back

The basic stuff you'll need :

Superior customer service skills and team work
Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
Exceptional written business communication skills
Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills
