Good attitude though it may go without saying, its worth noting that the most successful chat agents address customers in an upbeat and positive manner. Even when facing complex problems or difficult questions, its important that chat agents maintain a good attitude
Computer literacy by nature, chat agents perform their day-to-day tasks on a computer. They must be able to easily operate a computer, especially in terms of checking and responding to emails as well as utilizing live chat services and software
Problem-solving skills the ability to solve problems is just as integral to a chat agents work as solid communication skills. When presented with a problem, chat agents must be able to find a solution calmly and efficiently, even if the customer is impatient or disgruntled
Organization skills as we mentioned earlier, chat agents are responsible for recording and documenting each question or problem as well as each respective answer or solution. Because of this, chat agents should have strong organization skills and be able to effectively sort large amounts of information

All the above services are provided in Real Time from our Technology Center located at Bangalore City, Karnataka which is the Information Technology Hub for India. Our Technology Center works on a Dedicated Internet Lease Line fully enabled for VOIP, Chat, Messaging Services using State of The Art Technology.
All our terminals are equipped with Video Calling in order for our clients to be able to talk directly with the resource they hire. Resources with specialized skills are available on an exclusive basis per shift on a monthly basis or on a non-exclusive task or assignment basis. Our job is to guarantee uptime and resource availability based on your choice of skillset. Your job as our client is to use the resources well and manage them directly as you would from your offices at less than half the cost or lower in your respective country.
