InfoBeans Technologies hiring for Chat Support Executive for its Team in Chennai location. Candidate will be deployed at our client location -DHL , Chennai

- Resolve customer support questions
- Chat support
- Voice support (at a later stage)
- Maintain thorough customer service records
- Update the system with action/decision taken
- Create reports of chat sessions for analytics
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to multitask
- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Build rapport during chat/phone support
- You should be able to join in 15 to 30 days time
- You will have to work in 2 shifts (Between 8:00 AM - 11:30 PM)
- Good communication skills
- 1 year contract with InfoBeans
- Cheque of 50K once you accepts the offer
- 1 years service agreement with InfoBeans as soon as they accept the offer
- No Cab facility
