Job Description: All rounder knowledge of North Indian,
Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Food, Tandoor, Biryani
Key Skills: Expertise in Tandoor, Biryani, Veg, Non-Veg, etc.
Desired profile of the candidate
· Must have excellent knowledge of preparing
biryani and tandoor items.
· Must have knowledge of dish ingredients and
portion sizes in accurate measurement.
· Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen stations and
equipment's required for the food preparation process
· Must have knowledge of arranging of food in
the storage containers and refrigerator with temperature according to food item
to ensure minimal wastage of raw materials or food.
· Follow all safety and security policies and
procedures of the firm and report accidents, injuries and unsafe work
conditions to management
· Ensure that all orders are cooked quickly and
according to order.
· Report to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with firm policy.
