Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties expected would be some of the following :
- Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes
- Handle the daily kitchen operation, deliver quality product as per the receipe
- Training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers and dishwashers.
- Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food ingredients and equipment supplies, and preparing purchase orders on day to day basis
