Job Description
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties
or commis working with you.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and
follow the rules of health and safety.
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available
(vegetables, spices etc.).
- Follow the guidance of the executive or head chef and have input
in new ways of presentation or dishes.
- Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to
speed and quality.
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.

with good experience in hotel or party style cooking, we have an opportunity
for you at Cooking. We’re looking for someone like you. The requirements for
this role include :
- 2-3 years experience in cooking in a hotel or restaurant
Expertise in different cuisine like South Indian, north Indian,
continental etc. Should have good experience & in depth knowledge on
food. Should have good exposure of cooking in parties etc.
