About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Testing new processes
2. Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications
3. Marketing the research on the final products
4. Using and developing process simulation software to work out the best production methods
5. Selecting the equipment for the process
6. Using scientific principles related to magnitude, momentum, heat transfer, etc
7. Supervising project operations
8. Investigating and troubleshooting process problems
9. Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets
10. Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities
11. Assessing safety and environmental issues
12. Liaising with specialists and OEM's
