- Job Title : Chemist/Team Leader R&D (depending on experience level) .
- Department : Research & Development.
- Team : Solvent Dyes.
- Job grade : M3 .
- Reports To (Function) : Manager R&D
- Eligibility : - Qualification : B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D (Dyes Technology or Green Technology) - Work Experience :1-3 years of experience for Chemist & 4-6 years of experience for Team Leader.
- Languages:English (Compulsory), Hindi.
- Job Purpose :
To plan, execute and deliver reliable synthetic route for backward integration of dyes and pigments intermediates.
Major Accountabilities :
- Conduct laboratory trials under guidance of team leader for product development.
- Literature review on novel synthetic routes for high-performance solvent dyes.
- Development of novel synthetic routes free of toxic or dangerous solvents.
- Scale-up laboratory trials on pilot scale and validate the same on production scale.
- Documentation of experimental records as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Key Performance Indicators :
- 3 successful pilot trials with concurrent results.
- Ability to draw inferences from experimental results and literature review.
- Implementation of new ideas for positive impact in product development.
- Ability to document results in a prompt, efficient and concise manner.
- Improvement in green chemistry metrices such as E-factor.
