Chartered Accountant /Graduate/ Associated member of the institute of Chartered Accountant of India Minimum 15 Years * of experience in Audit / Preparation of Financial statements under Ind As/ GAAP / Budgeting / Fund Management/ Loan & Fundraising from banks / Knowledge of IPO/ NCD/ CP. *Relaxation in experience will be considered based on company norms.
Chief Financial Officer Must not have completed 45 years age(relaxation upto 50 years *)
