Job Description
1. Position Vacant: Chief Financial Officer
2. Job specific skills Applicants should have –
a. Proven experience and expertise in handling Accounts & Finance department in a leadership role.
b. Strong knowledge and skill in handling various functions of Accounting& Finance.
c. Hands on approach to statutory compliance and regulatory issues to enable more informed interaction with external advisorsin this area.
d. Ability to drive Financial Performance Management - Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, ensuring compliance with budgets & cash flow targets etc.
e. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze data.
f. Ability to review and overhaul existing accounting policies, processes and practices of the Company, increase automation and shorten reporting timelines.
3. Qualification Must be a Chartered Accountant
4. Minimum Experience: 15 years as CFO/ Dy CFO/ Head of Finance of which minimum 5 years should be from Financial Services Industry with an understanding of Capital Markets & Broking Industry.
5. Ctc Offered: Commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
