Qualification & Experience: Officers under the Central / State/U.T. Govt./ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies / PSUS or Research & Development Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis or with at least 5/8 years of regular service in the posts in the scale of PB-2 9300-34goo + GP5400 (Rs.53 100/- 7th Pay) or PB-2 9300-34800 + GP 4200 (Rs.35400/- 7th Pay) respectively or equivalent possessing the following qualifications and experience:-
(i) Master degree in Science (M sc.)
( i) B. Lib. Science.
(iii) 07 years working experience in reputed Medical Library.
Remuneration: Rs. 1,23,100/- (One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred only) per month. No other benefit as like regular/deputation appointment will be admissible.
Period of contract: Initially for three months and extendable upto further three months.
Age Limit:Maximum upper age limit 62 yrs as on 05-08-2020 (the date of walk-in-interview/Online interview).
Application Fees:Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only for UR/OBC/EBC) and Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only for SC/ST)

IGIMS was established on 19th November 1983, as an autonomous organisation on the pattern of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The objective was to provide super specialty medical facilities in Bihar. On 27th January 1983 Cabinet approved the completion of this massive project in 4 phases within a span of six (6) years. According to the decision of State Government, 130.20 Acres of land was transferred to IGIMS.
