What are my responsibilities? CPO represents the customer in the associated team and is responsible for the definition and delivery of a product's part, regarding requirement/outcome ranking, content generation, quality, in given cost and time frame. Works closely with relevant stakeholders; especially the Product Management. 

Refines the requirements/outcomes in the own scope; gains understanding of the respective customer value. Creates and maintains the product backlog, adds new requirements as product backlog items, defines acceptance criteria, and ranks product backlog items. Considers quality attributes (usability, security, safety, …), incl. regulatory and legal aspects. Participates at the sprint planning and sprint review meetings and as often as possible at team meetings. Sets up and maintains product risk management. Works closely with the team to clearly communicate the customer needs; helps and motivates the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items. 

Evaluates and accepts the work results, based on defined acceptance and done criteria. Continuously exchanges good practices and collaborates within the organization. Drives continuous improvement of the team with regular team retrospectives, uncovering systemic problems for MC and escalating them Collect technology initiatives inside the organization, markets trends, and customer requests and develop these into new product development projects. This includes defining the product requirement specifications Establishment of the performance targets (KPIs) for the products Be part of the team executing market introduction of new products and product initiatives Collaborate with other leaders to delivery the product on time with quality Closely works with Product Owners to plan and execute the delivery Promotes and drives the innovation culture in the team What do I need to qualify for this job?]

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / ME or equivalent preferably in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics/ Instrumentation/Comp. Science. Experience: · 10+ years, with at least 2 years in Product/Project management and delivery experience, preferably industrial automation products like HMI, CNC, PLC and drives is expected. · Knowledge on Simatic, Sinamics, TIA is preferred. Skills: Knowledge of lean/agile practices - good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the Scrum teams Knowledge of Development, Testing and Release processes. Knowledge/experience with Product Lifecycle Management processes Functional Knowledge of standard project planning/tracking tools Exposure in working with multi-site global teams. Sound business case development and approvals skills Knowledge of methods and techniques for estimation, risk analysis, data interpretation, root cause analysis. Experience in eliciting customer requirements and creating requirement specifications Strong analytical skills as well as wide horizon and a holistic mindset.
