Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline. Post-Graduation (Preferable).
Experience:
(i) Minimum 16 years of experience in banking or financial services companies.
(ii) Hands on experience within the risk function for credit cards or unsecured lending for a minimum of 5 years at a bank or NBFC is a pre requisite.
(iii) Exposure to risk management of secured products will be an added advantage.
(iv) Demonstrated credit and risk experience with a focus on analytics, data interpretation and holistic business understanding.
