The Scale of appointment will be fixed by the Management based on the qualification and experience of the applicant. The selected applicant will be eligible for Performance Linked Incentive and all other benefits as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited.

Probationary Manager (CA) in Scale II cadre

Qualification  :  Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA)

Salary :   IBA approved pay scale of Rs. 31705 - 1145/1 - 32850 - 1310/10 - 45950 plus DA, HRA, Special allowance & other allowances. Eligible for performance linked incentive applicable to Scale II officers as per the scheme in vogue.

Age Limit :  Not more than 28 years
