Qualifications:
(a) Masters Degree in Home Science or Social Work or Sociology or Psychology of a recognized University. Preferential Qualification
(b) Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work recognized by Govt. of India or Govt. of Kerala. Probation: Every Person appointed to this post shall be on probation for a total period of 2 years on duty within a continues period of three years.
Training :
1. Candidates appointed to this post by Direct Recruitment shall undergo a Training for a period of three months as per the programme issued by the Director of Social Welfare.
2. The training period shall be counted for all service benefits.
