Job Description : Doc Processing for AC approval (update information on the database maintained for this purpose). Letters to open new research account for external grants after AC approval. Account files to be maintained accordingly. Survey information – Ph.D/Visiting Faculty/Amount received for Research purpose/List of Funding agents(Govt-Pharm-Nat-Intl-society-Foundation-Trust). PhD (Recognised with 3 univ. viz: TNMGR/TU/SCTIMST) Adjunct Visiting faculty processing with forms to be circulated for the committee to review and approve (Update information in the database maintained). Renewal of IBSC committee. Federal Wide Assurance – FWA/IORG/IRB online renewal DSIR. Committee Meetings to organize. Enter incoming mails every day and sort accordingly for action and email response of both email IDs
Workshops : 3 day workshop on Ethics, Research & GCP Guidelines once in 3 months obtain CME credit points 2 months prior to the workshop. Grant writing workshop once in a year. Organize Annual Research Day once in a year. CDSA related issues to be handled. Research digest update on research website. eRA commons online approval on behalf of Principal. Graduation certificates processing PhD and other awards Annual report
