CI/CWR-IN is responsible for local IT infrastructure and delivering CI-service to local IT user across locations. We know our customer better because we are closer to them.
Task Description
Involved in incident management and problem management, identify and resolve end users' IT service problems in accordance with defined service level (2nd-Level-Support, Link to 3rd-Level-Support)
Provide day to day technical support to internal customers for desktop systems (desktops, software, printers, smart phone etc.) including installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Support central team with defined operation tasks of local server, LAN and Telephony system (SFB)
Support the local implementation of IT new products and solutions (NGW, NGS)
Support CI marketing and communication initiatives to internal customers
Provide IT training and consulting service to internal customer
Contribute to system standards, IT policies and processes (ITIL, data security, ITFM process etc.,)
Storage utilization and file sharing management
managing IT Buildup projects (green field/Brown field projects)
Qualifications
Spec:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (information technology preferred)
3+ years IT relevant working experience
Good in Written and oral English communication
Ability to communicate and to work in international teams
Good communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft operation system and Office products
Familiar with latest IT technology or fast learner on new IT technology
Knowledge of ITIL foundation
Certificate of CCNA/MSCE is an advantage
Analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Technical knowledge of network and PC hardware Hands on troubleshooting experience Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural/process documentation
Able to serve as business advisor/consultant and as knowledgeable resource for others
Good understanding of local, regional and global business requirements and the ability to translate them into IT solutions for the business
Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Able to present ideas in a user-friendly language
