About the Job: Axis Mutual fund is working as preferred partners with many distribution houses. Many a time we come across multiple distribution houses whose staffs are not licensed to sell mutual fund. In this position, we want to hire a person who can lead licensing activity across the circle locations. This is an important activity which will lead to increase licenses and add up to increase seller base for Axis AMC. Primarily it will be project on Axis Bank EUIN certification.

Responsibilities:

Set-up Circle level strategy according to HO guidelines

Lead and grow the certified number of persons in specific circle

Build strong relationship with Axis AMC and Axis Bank and validate the prospect current needs in relation to our targeted universe

Actively looking for newer ideas to execute the task

Make a fine data cut and database management, MIS, excel and email skills are must

Person should be empathetic, cooperative and smart to give and ask for support

Can solely coordinate and manage between CO, Axis Bank Circle and Axis AMC

Practically he/she will own the entire project on behalf of us.

Should be able to do presentation as and when required

Requirements:

Should have strong process controlled execution skills

Expertise in bank assurance is considered an advantage

A good understanding of excel, outlook applications

Previous experience in Axis (AMC or Bank) is great plus

Grade – AM or DM depending on the experience

CTC – 4-5 Lacs
