Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective Admin/Support activities in line with client needs and Infrastructural requirements.
• Ensure continual knowledge management.
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. "
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely.
- Configuring networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
- Managing the overall administration of LAN & WAN systems involving design of network layouts, configuration and maintenance of application servers and databases.
- Installation of IT Assets, Routers/Switches/Modems, Peripherals, System Software & Application Software; Peripheral Sharing, Security & Disaster Management, Service Support Analyzing network requirements, designing networks and suggesting suitable devices.
- Generating historical network and server performance reports from HP NPS and HP SHR.
- Network (WAN, LAN, VSAT, VC links and wireless) monitoring using monitoring tools Preferably having any of the following certifications-CCNA/CCIP/CCIE/JNCIP or any other network and security vendor certifications.
Educational Requirements: BTech , BE , MCA , MSc
