- SkillSet: Cisco trainer, routing, switching, collaboration, security.
- Deliver technical trainings on Cisco technologies.
- Skills Required on: Cisco Routing and Switching Data Center, Security, Collaboration and Cloud 5- 7 Yrs of teaching exp
- Deliver technical trainings on Cisco technologies.
- Support the delivery manager in developing training pool on listed technologies.
- Responsible for customizing and delivering trainings as per the requirements
- Responsible for upskilling and get certified on new products and technologies under different brands.
- Responds to line management and associate issues related to associate performance improvement including surrogate manager responsibilities.
- Serves as performance coach through consulting, monitoring and evaluating training results in the work environment and virtual delivery responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding profile of students, virtual classroom preparation, logistics requirements and evaluating the success of the learning programs and solutions.
- Ensuring constant learning process to stay abreast in relevant technologies.
- Share training best practices with peer trainers and support in team upskilling process.
