Job Title: City Human Resources And Operations Interns
About the Internship:
Operations:
- Co-leading and executing processes with the Operations team to achieve excellence in finance and logistics
- Arranging venues for conferences through different contacts and partnerships
- Managing various systems to handle finance for Fellows
Communication:
- Collecting and presenting the stories of Fellows in classrooms and alumni members from across the city
- Designing a newsletter targeting external stakeholders
Volunteers:
- Managing volunteer relations for the city
- Maintaining volunteer database and placing volunteers in required classrooms
- Managing volunteer inductions and providing support during training of volunteers
- Tracking volunteers and their performance in classrooms
- Ensuring volunteers receive experience certificates post their volunteering
Profile Description:

- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests
- have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2018/19
