Job Summary

A city manager will be responsible for hand-holding these stores in our network adopt the omnichannel guidelines to generate ordering revenue to increase sales via our expert tech integration already in place. For example, A store can now place an order on behalf of the customer to arrange a doorstep delivery at any place in India through the help of our IMS and Logistical system in place.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities

• Support network roll-out of Omni-Channel Retail at Retail stores
• Drive revenue targets, generating ordering revenue and system adoption at stores through store training interventions
• Responsible for post-launch Omni store operations – order fulfilment, replenishments, issue resolution etc.
• Support central team to launch various new initiatives
• Coordinate with front-end ops team, logistics team & Customer Service team for issue resolution/RCA

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1) Post-graduation in retail, sales and marketing (PGDM /MBA) preferred, otherwise experienced candidates already in retail automatically qualifies.
2) People management skills, handling a large group of people
3) Experience in direct retail sales and marketing a bonus
4) Have to be flexible enough to be ready to face unplanned circumstances and ability to liaise with relevant stakeholders to provide a solution(tech issues, logistics issues etc)
5) Freshers are welcome with an affinity to work in a young vibrant bunch of people and a surefire approach to problems creeping up.

On completion of internship( 3months internship) based on the performance the candidate might be offered a full-time position with us with salary upward of 3.5 lakhs per annum starting depending on the quality of candidate
