• Strong & relevant educational background, preferably, MBA from tier 1 institute
• 5+ years of experience in ground operations, driving scale, delivering business numbers
• Ability to break down and solve complex problems through analytical excellence and business acumen
• People management skills: attracting & hiring great talent, managing layered in-house and external teams
• Record of achieving targets - including planning, team management and execution of business plans
• Should possess - strong ownership, work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and an attitude to get stuff done
• Should possess good business sense, multitasking and prioritization abilities and the ability to handle ambiguity
