Responsibilites 

SITE ENGINEERS: Primary focus on Civil Engineering and stay at Site 24x7. Only male candidates 

DESK ENGINEERS: Primary focus on a wide range of general management disciplines and stay at HO Ahmedabad, with weekly visit to Site for hands-on civil engineering experience. 
AREAS:* * 

CORE AREA: 

• Staying at Site [Matar] 24x7 

• Executing structural and PSE Drawings at Site 

• Supervising construction, interpreting drawings, and liaising between contractors, Structural Engineer, Resident and Consulting Architect and MEP Consultant 

• Managing inventory, Planning day schedules, Reporting and Documentation 

Primarily: 

• The totality of Civil / Construction Engineering including design interpretation and execution 

• Landscaping, environmental harnessing, waste and water disposal and recycling 

• Creative use of gadgets and secondary construction like internal roads, amphitheater etc 

• Science appreciation gadgets and superstructure 

• Functional knowledge/experience of construction machinery and tools 

• Researching and penchant for Science appreciation and construction gadgets 

Secondarily: 

• General management as Trainee Officer 

• Desire to specialize in some of these: HR, Event Management, field social work, Social Poster Design, Graphics, Science Promotion, Content, SharePoint, etc. 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 

Brilliant B.Es / B.Techs [Civil] from respectable colleges or possessing outstanding CGPA and above average in spoken English and Hindi, MS Office and GK. 
Offers available both in two formats 

Benefits 

Compensation: Between Rs1.50 to Rs2.80 lakh/year. Those possessing relevant practical experience may expect proportionately higher compensation
