Description

Civil engineers create, improve and protect the environment in which we live. They plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities, such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, harbours, dams, irrigation projects, power plants, water and sewerage systems.
having 0 to 8 years experience in detailed engineering of power plants/ oil and gas / EPC projects. He or she would be reporting to Manager and responsible for detailed engineering / proposal preparation, Overall layouts, drawing preparation/checking, planning and timely completion of detailed engineering activities.
He should have good communication and presentation skills.
Preparation of basic engineering details of respective projects.
Preparation of Process Flow Diagram.
Preparation of Process Instrumentation diagrams.
Preparation of equipment lists.
Preparation of process data sheets of all equipments.
Preparation of mechanical data sheets of all equipments.
Review Finalization of equipment technical specifications.
Cost estimation of all projects.
Projects schedules and timelines.
Coordinating with purchase department for timely release of purchase orders and purchase order terms and conditions.
11. Coordinating with venders for the fabrication progress and timely delivery of equipment.
Energy balance calculations and identifying utility requirements.
Material balance of all process for finalization of line sizing and piping details.
Prepare Review of the complete detail engineering of all projects.
Coordinating with external engineering services consultants.
Validation documentations of equipment.
Coordinating with production department for any kind of cost saving projects.
Energy conservation solvent recovery.
