Designation: Project Coordinator
Qualification: Diploma/ BE (Civil)
Experience: Diploma with 4yrs of Exp / BE with 1+yr of Exp
Salary: 20k- 40k
Location: Kondhwa Annex
- Male Candidate Need to Apply.
- Should have Experienced in execution of 1 medium size Project in Real estate or Construction Company.
- Planning of Project Sites.
- Work Experience in Estimation, Billing, Reconciliation will be preferred.
- Calculation of Carpet Areas.
- Determines basic structural geometry and assists designers for drawings and construction design.
- Must have Hands on Experience of AutoCAD.
- Keeps continual contact with PMC Consultants concerning project issues, progress, deadlines, and cost.
- Coordination with Senior Managers, Contractors and Vendors and other consultants.
