- Process : Claims Process

- Non Voice Process/Backend Support/Excellent Communication
- Qualification : Graduation Mandate (Strictly No B.Tech's, M.Tech's, MCA's, MBA's)
- Experience : 0 - 3 Years Experience.
- Minimum Typing Speed of 30 WPM with 95% Accuracy.
- Shifts : Only Night Shifts, with cab facility.
- Notice Period : Immediate
- Process and complete medical claims accurately.
- Process claims, that route out of automatic adjudication, within current turnaround standards.
- Proficient in product lines applicable to processing unit.
- Able to understand and apply plan concepts to include:
- Deductible
- Coinsurance
- Copay
- Out of pocket
- State variations
- Recognize issues related to variable deductible, coordination of benefits, carveout an alternate benefits.
- Adhere to quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate increasing productivity to meet minimum requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Good keyboard skills with average typing speed of around 30 WPM
- Good Analytical & comprehension skills
