Job Description
- Answer technical support calls and requested queries to be solved.
- Meet with clients to take detailed project briefs.
- Establish a good working relationship with project team and customer to deliver the project ontime.
- Excellent client facing communication skills.
- Track project performance and report on project progress.
- Working knowledge in Ms office.
- Keep records of customer interactions & complaints as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
- Refer unsolved customer special requests to concern person for further investigation.
