- Prime responsibility is to act as an Single Point Of Contact to the customers.
- Addressing the customer queries & escalation through mails & phone. Effectively working towards closing the deals.
- Responding to existing customers business inquires to ensure it converts into a deal
- Ensure Billing & Collections are done on time for existing customer
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer by regularly interactive with them & supporting them in resolving their issues
