Role : HR Recruiter cum Client coordinator
Location: Coimbatore
Salary:15K – 25 K
Exp: 2yr – 3 yrs

Job Description:
1. Perform various critical recruiting activities including job postings, talent sourcing, resumes screening, pre-screen interviews, and reference verification.
2. Excellent knowledge about all the portals and all resources for recruiting desired candidates
3. Heavily interact with internal and external clients answering questions, providing guidance, support and problem solving.
4. Gather, compile and interpret client solutions requirements and report it to internal/external stakeholders.
5. Ensure clients expectations are met through coordinating client requirements against outputs from other internal stakeholder.
6. Compile and maintain client specific reports.
7. Administer and convert new client calls.
8. Schedule new clients with appropriate attorney.
9. Must be bilingual (Tamil and Malayalam /Tamil and Hindi)
10. Hands on Experience in MIS.
Qualifications
1. Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Any Degree can also be considerable.
2. 2 -5 years of recruiting experience preferred
3. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
4. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Comfortable making decisions independently
7. Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
8. Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office
