Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Client coordinator is the first point of contact for all customers and will respond to the customer/internal inquiries for more information.
Will work with different clientele by phone/email to resolve queries/issues.
Must be able to learn the details of our services and convey it to our customers when it is required.
The ability to summarize information in written form (clear and brief) is required.
Will act as an interface between client and production team.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Should be good in Communication and emailing (Mandatory)
Exposure in international calling (US & UK). Previous experience in call center will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe package will be an added advantage (For freshers).
Preferable only Male Candidates.
Freshers will also be considered
