We have an urgent opening in our company for Services Department.
Job Description:
- Answering, general services related enquiries of the new and the existing customers for the services availed via phone, emails and in person.
- Opening and replying to emails for the services department
- Operating the company’s computerized system portals
- Dispatching company straightforward proposals for clients
- Dispatching company straightforward NDA’s and agreements to clients
- Obtaining information from computerized system portals and updating to clients
- Maintaining records, filing system and computer files
- Photocopying, scanning documents and filing as necessary
- Providing clients with information about new services opportunities offered by the company
- Help in executing new services deals from the clients
- Liaison contact between Customer and company’s delivery support department both technical and financial
- Assisting Business Head in services department as necessary.
- Qualification :BA/BCom/10+2(Not perusing Graduation)
Skills Required :
- Good Communication
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience :0.6 Months to 3years
- Freshers can also apply.
- Age :Maximum 30Years
