Job Summary
- Experience: 0 - 1 year experience working with international call center
- Shift: Night Shift
- Works Under general supervision, works closely with client, managers, customers, drivers and co-workers to coordinate and ensure load commitments are being fulfilled; provides an accurate flow of information and works to maintain mutual respect and professionalism with co-workers and subordinates to sustain a positive team environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and monitor driver’s schedules.
- Create and monitor receipt and delivery schedules for company equipment.
- Report problems to supervisor in a timely and accurate manner and follow-up to ensure problem resolution
- Provide adequate feedback to the Counter and Service Departments regarding the timely delivery and receipt of equipment
- Ability to multi-task, make swift changes and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduation degree preferred.
- Ability to dispatch, observe, monitor, document and record information
Skills:
- Great Communication skills.
- Great speaking, Listening and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly on the go.
- Preferable US Accent trained.
- Well versed with USA Geographically.
