Job Description

Wing Operations & Technologies India is looking to hire excellent Client Operations Specialists for their Gurgaon office. 

Client Operations Specialists will be responsible for providing chat-based support for American customers who expect a very high-quality experience. 

The Gurgaon office is a 24/7 office, with rotational 9-hour shifts. Working with us will entitle you for:

Requirements

• Can speak, read and write English fluently

• Can use a Windows computer and Google Chrome well

• Can use an Android phone well

• Tech-savvy

• Creative, critical thinker, problem solver, can 'think out of the box'

• Good attitude 

Preferred, but not required

• Exposure to American culture (slang, text-style, pop culture, etc) is a plus

• Past experience in customer experience, international BPOs, call centre experience is a plus

• Bachelor's or above degree
