Job Description
- Servicing existing customers, handling grievances and providing alternate solutions.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with Customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Assisting documentation formalities of clients and associates.
- Handling the entire refund process.
- Answer clients' questions regarding pricing, construction schedule, financing, maintenance, registration, documentation, and delivery.
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate or post graduate or LLB
- Have knowledge about legal terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
- Should be self-motivated
- Should be able to take challenges
- Should have strong interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
- Good presentation skills and confident personality
