Job Description

Manage client visits, progress throughout treatment duration
Work with the doctor and health experts for responding to client queries via email and phone
Make outbound calls to clients in order to understand their pain points and any issues that they may have faced while course of treatment
Ensure that each client request has been responded within a certain time period
Motivate and create positive environment amongst clients
Come up with innovative ideas to encourage and reward clients to keep them focused on treatments
Participate in brand promotion in the center and on social media channels
Keep track of progress and present it on a weekly basis to the management
