- To keep a track of the services used by the client and maintain the client RMS report.
- Responsible for the growth of revenue in the accounts being handled.
- Retain the existing client by providing proper support in terms of technical, billing and other related issues.
- Responsible for generation of monthly and weekly reports for sales and collections.
- Account Management & Customer onboarding & orientation.
- Client Servicing, Client Management & regular interactions.
- Maintain relationship with clients for new business development & revenue generation.
- MIS update with regards to daily work progress and client billing.
- Coordination with service delivery & operation teams.
- Ensure high level of interaction and integration with client to drive business for the entity as a whole.
- Internal quality check & Audits.
- Good speaking and writing required in English language.
- Corporate email writing skills required.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and if required to outstation as well.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Candidate should be a self-starter and quick learner.
- Experienced in using MS Office tools.
- Confident to communicate with Global clients
- Ability to multitask
- Should have motivational qualities and able to motivate people
- Good at using search and internet tools
- Ability to handle pressure
