Job Summary :
- Contacting existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answering queries about the products of the company.
- Understands customer requirements and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Reply to phone calls and respond to customer requests.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Update the details of customer in computer system.
- Advise the customer in phone calls about our products and close sales.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries to and not resolved immediately.
- Complete call logs and reports to be entered in the CRM.
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisors about the customer calls.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Sends daily report to the Team Leaders.
