- Assisting with the business case by planning and monitoring
- Follow and update the client in Weekly and monthly basis.
- Keep up the timeline and delivery schedules of projects.
- Written and verbal mail communication, including technical writing skills
- Spec out clear technical requests for the projects to move them along.
- Discuss with technical team lead and project manager to mitigate risks.
- Gather information on their business requirements, and prepare a document.
- Test results versus original requests to identify any problems with the implementation.
- Executing the project as per the project plan and suggest the Project Manager if there is any revision in the Project Plan.
- Ability to work in pressure and handle the clients and answer their concern politely
- Prepare the monthly status report for clients and as well for projects.
- Prepare the Functional document, technical document and PMP as per the client needs
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups and process with kick off call with clients
- Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques
- Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
- Ability to coordinate with clients frequently in different regions.
