Job Description
- Align with account managers to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Evaluate the needs of the prospective clients, determine the pain points to determine and then suggest the offering that serves as best aid.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Responsible for searching new prospects and generating new sales leads (national and International cities) to support the Accounts Managers.
- Efficiently coordinate with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Manage and train the acquisition executives for proper acquisition management.
- Fetch new accounts as well as maintain positive relation with existing ones.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in MIS, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Analyze the evolving needs of the existing clients in order to fit more offerings and hence improve revenue potential.
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, and customer retention as well as acquisition.
- Identify the new, evolving client segments which we can cater to.
- .Build successful working relationship with existing clients through regular calls and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
